LP-Coat Acrylic 300 is a premium, water-based single-component elastomeric acrylic coating engineered for solar-reflective cool roofs, metal deck protection, and exterior masonry wall waterproofing. Formulated with advanced cross-linking acrylic polymers and heat-reflective pigments, it significantly reduces roof surface temperatures, stops rust progression, and delivers excellent weatherability with low VOC emissions.

Application & Surface Prep Guide
Surface Preparation & Rust Treatment
Clean substrate thoroughly using high-pressure water jetting to remove dirt, grease, and loose paint. Treat heavy rust with rust converter before coating.
Detailing & Fastener Sealing
Apply a detail coat of LP-Coat Acrylic 300 over all metal overlaps, skylight edges, and fastener screws embedded with a reinforcement polyester mesh.
Coating Application
Apply in two cross-hatch coats by brush, long-nap roller, or airless spray at a rate of 0.6 - 0.8 kg/㎡ per coat. Ensure a minimum total dry film thickness (DFT) of 0.8 mm.
Curing & Maintenance
Allow 4–6 hours drying time between coats. Do not apply if rain, dew, or freezing temperatures are expected within 24 hours of application.
