LP-Coat PU 1000 is a premium, single-component, liquid-applied polyurethane membrane engineered to form a seamless, highly elastomeric waterproofing barrier over exposed roofs, podium decks, and substructures. Curing by reaction with atmospheric moisture, LP-Coat PU 1000 delivers high tensile strength, outstanding micro-crack bridging, and long-term resistance to standing water and weathering.

Application & Surface Prep Guide
Surface Preparation
Concrete substrates must be structurally sound, dry, clean, and free from oil, grease, curing compounds, or loose particles. Moisture content must be < 5%.
Priming
Apply LeakProof Universal Primer at 0.15kg/㎡ to seal porous concrete surfaces and optimize bond strength. Allow primer to dry tack-free.
Detailing & Reinforcement
Reinforce all internal corners, pipe penetrations, and structural cracks with a polyester mesh embedded in an initial detail coat of LP-Coat PU 1000.
Membrane Application
Apply LP-Coat PU 1000 in two uniform coats by roller, brush, or squeegee at a total consumption of 1.5-2.0kg/㎡. Allow 12–24 hours drying time between coats.
