Key Performance Features

±50%Dynamic Movement Accommodation

Superior elasticity allows the joint to flex and recover under severe wind loads, thermal expansion, and structural movement without cracking or debonding.

Extreme Weather & UV Immunity

Unaffected by prolonged sunlight, ozone, rain, snow, or extreme temperature fluctuations (-50% to +150%); maintains long-term flexible sealing without yellowing.

Neutral Cure & Non-Corrosive

Releases no acidic vapors during curing; non-corrosive to sensitive metals, coated glass, anodized aluminum, and masonry substrates.

Primerless Adhesion to Non-Porous Surfaces

Delivers powerful, primerless adhesion to most common architectural building materials including glass, metal panels, and coated alloys.

Application & Surface Prep Guide

Surface Cleaning

Clean all joint substrates using the "two-rag wipe" method with a clean lint-free cloth and solvent (e.g., Isopropanol) to completely eliminate oil, grease, moisture, or dust.

Insert a closed-cell PE backer rod into the joint cavity to ensure two-sided adhesion only. Apply masking tape precisely to joint margins to protect adjacent finishes.

Dispense LP-WeatherSeal 600 smoothly and continuously using a manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Tool the sealant within 10–15 minutes with a spatula to press the sealant firmly against joint walls. Remove masking tape immediately after tooling.

Protect the uncured sealant from heavy rain, standing water, and direct impact during initial tack-free period. Full curing depends on joint depth and ambient humidity.
